Breast Enhancement

Breast enhancement, performed at our convenient Manhattan surgery center, encompasses more than just increasing the size of the breasts. Board-certified Manhattan plastic surgeon and general surgeon Richard W. Swift, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. can also reduce the size of the breasts and cosmetically alter the breasts, including nipple reduction and nipple correction. Surgery can also be used to reduce male breasts due to gynecomastia.

Dr. Swift also offers breast reconstruction surgery to help restore breast symmetry and contour for individuals who have had a mastectomy.

What Is Breast Enhancement?
Breast enhancement spans a wide range of categories including increasing, decreasing, or cosmetically altering the shape and size of the breasts. Many women (and some men) desire changes to the breasts because of congenital issues or simply for improved health and activity.

Labiaplasty

If you’re dismayed, discouraged, or in pain because of the shape and size of your labia (the inner flaps of skin of the vagina), a labiaplasty performed by board-certified Manhattan plastic surgeon and general surgeon Richard W. Swift, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. may be able to help. Whether for cosmetic, hygienic or functional reasons, having the look you want is easier than ever.

Labiaplasty is an outpatient procedure performed in Dr. Swift’s surgical facility under local or twilight anesthesia. Dr. Swift will make a surgical incision and trim excess labial tissue. He is able to recreate the appearance of normal labia with natural-looking color and shape. After proper evaluation for symmetry, the incisions will be closed with absorbable stitches, antibiotic cream will be applied to the affected area, and a sanitary pad will be placed to help absorb any drainage.
